![]() I took 5,000.00 play money for a 2 day stay. This has to be the world’s tightest slots casino. I hope that this is read by the tribal community as I was left to feel very very heartbroken. I truely am hurt by this whole ordeal and I am concerned as a consumer. I asked for the footage to be reviewed with a 1 hour window that was too much footage is what they told me, I should of came earlier people hang around for about an hour "I was calling" I respect the fact that I would never get my property back but I was very displeased with the run around and back and forth that I recieved from security today and the down play of the occurrence that I can't come and feel safe here and that this is something that is expected. ![]() I go back only to be passed over by several of the casinos security that really didn't care much to hear what I had to say I wanted their help but only found I was helping myself as a valued customer/player I felt no sense of urgency. I called this morning only to be informed the same thing. I have called lost and found I have asked a family member to locate my wallet she only found some of my property she went to lost and found with no resolve. All day I have been communicating with the casino in hoping to locate my wallet that was left at the casino this morning. ![]() I am very disheartened by the service that I recieved today. ![]()
